This Committee is responsible for the leading the governing of the Lodge. As such, to ensure the smooth transaction of business during Stated Meetings, it is important for the Executive Committee to meet prior to the Stated Meeting. This can be a quick and efficient meeting, for all of the officers to review the agenda, and be prepared to discuss business.
